The replacement 502ci V8 was installed under previous ownership and is equipped with long-tube headers, a Holley carburetor, steel-braided fuel lines with AN fittings, MSD and Moroso ignition components, dual electric cooling fans, and a PWR aluminum radiator. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 65k miles, approximately 120 of which were added under current ownership. An Auto Meter tachometer is mounted to the steering column, and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature and oil pressure are located under the dashboard.
